The optimal format in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen). Oral presenters need to upload their materials in the session rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time of their sessions, preferably during the break. Each oral presentation is 20 minutes in length. The presenter is suggested to give a presentation for 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for questions.
Presenters need to prepare Posters by yourself with straight A0 (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high). The text and graphics should be concise, and the size should be clearly readable at a distance of 1 to 2 meters in front of the poster.
Please complete the poster posting before the Poster Session starts and remove it after the Poster Session ends. Speakers are required to explain the content of the paper during the paper poster posting time. The poster posting time is the same as the session time, please refer to the meeting agenda time.
